A lot has happened at Glenlee since construction commenced late last year, with ID_Land’s Armstrong Creek project rapidly taking shape as foundational works are completed across the future community. In Stage 1, water and gasworks have already been completed, allowing for the installation of the road base.

Geelong disability worker Alison Weatherly has been searching for her first home for the last few years, ramping up her search in the last three months, eventually finding her piece of the Australian dream at ID_Land’s Glenlee. Currently renting in Geelong, Alison works locally and spends her weekends either sailing with the local yacht club, relaxing at the beach or hiking at the nearby You Yangs.

Since construction commenced at Glenlee just over a month ago, the project has continued its evolution, with 111 future residents already making the decision to purchase in idyllic Armstrong Creek. Construction teams in Stage 1 have been busily working on sewer and drainage, while over in Stage 2 bulk earthworks are now underway and sewer works will soon be commencing.

A Night with The Stars
Australia’s own Academy Award winner Adam Elliot will be hosting a seminar in Geelong as part of the 2019 Digital Innovation Festival. Elliot, who won an Oscar for his clay-animation Harvie Krumpet, will share his insight on how technology and innovation are transforming the animation industry ahead of the release of his next film in 2022.
