It’s been a great start to the year for the team at Glenlee, with works powering along across the Stages as we kick off for 2023! We’re thrilled to share that all lots in Stage 8 are now settled!

A true highlight of spending Christmas in the City of Greater Geelong is enjoying the stunning Christmas-themed projections that light up City Hall each year. Taking inspiration from traditional gift-giving and the exhilarating wrapping and unwrapping that warms so many hearts throughout the Christmas period, this year’s projections are a diverse collection of designs and musical compositions inspired by the local community.

As we approach the end of the year, we’re pleased to share it has been another busy month for the team on the ground at Glenlee. In some exciting news for Stage 7, all lots have now been settled!

Run4Geelong is returning to the streets of Geelong on Sunday 13 November. Run4Geelong raises funds for the Barwon Health Foundation, with 100% of the registration fee going directly to supporting Barwon Health.

It’s been a busy month on the ground at Glenlee, with works across the Stages under construction progressing smoothly as the team looks towards the end of the year. In Stage 7, we’re pleased to share that Titles have been registered and settlements will occur soon!

Following a significant boom in regional areas, the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation have extended the Regional First Home Buyers Guarantee (RFHBG) for an additional 10,000 places each year until 25 June 2025. The RFHBG allows eligible first-home buyers to enter the market with a deposit of as little as 5% without paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance.
